Sunday Night

Sunday night. It started with a simple gathering of friends at Joven's Grill and Seafood Restaurant for the celebration of Daryl's graduation.

People started arriving when it was already 7 plus. It was a good thing. The later eating started, the more food I could consume. Ate quite a lot of food that time since I barely had anything that day considering I had brunch at 12 noon or so and I didn't eat any snacks at all. Until I came to a point where I really had to stop. Pictorials followed during and after eating. There were also some stand up jokes care of stand up jokers. What was really interesting that night was the after party. We decided to go to POD 5.

POD 5 was really where the party started. Everyone was enjoying it nonstop for 3 whole hours. With all the singing, dancing, partying, eating, and drinking began. As for the drinks, no beers were present. The 3 hours felt like an eternity despite having so much fun! Sadly all things had to have endings so we all finished it with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem inside the KTV room which really ended all the fun.

It was really something new and something to remember. Thanks for the great time all~!!

Congratulations

Congratulations 2nd Batch of '09!

Last saturday was the graduation of the "Octoberians" for graduating last October 10, 2009. Congratulations guys!!

Had to wake up at 9AM on a Saturday which is so not me. Get ready and go meet the new members of the unemployed people here in the Philippines. But I bet these graduates/friends of mine can pick up a job in less than a month with their skills. So, I went together with a close friend of mine to the ceremonies where it was still ongoing as we arrived there. Stayed there for like 3 hours but time flew by fast enough for our stomachs to say "we need food!"

Finally! The ceremonies were over and we have finally met up with our friends who had big smiles that day. After that we did have lunch at Hukad, Ayala care of Jan Philip Mendoza and family (Thanks!). That was quite a lunch. Then we met up with more of our friends who were also at Ayala. And my hunch was right, I knew we'd end up no place else but Timezone. Still full from lunch, dessert followed next at Gelatisimo. Looking for water after eating too much of sweet goodness, we all headed up to the place of free water, Food Choices!

I then separated from the group to buy food for dinner at home since it is my dad's birthday on the same day! (Happy Birthday Dad! - birthday's on the 10th and not 13th)

What a day... What - a - day indeed. It was a fun day.

Congratulations to all graduates~!
Congrats Joy~!!

New Drugs

New drugs coming through...

I can't believe there is such a game that exists which made me addicted to online gaming again. To all those who are asking what it is, well, it is GhostX. It's a game where you use nanobots to become your weapon at the same time be your companion in all your GhostX life. You can choose to combine them to make powerful nanobots or just use them as they are and evolve them to their higher levels. This game really made me an addict for quite a while until I snapped out of it and thought that i was still playing on a closed beta version. For those wondering what is closed beta, it's usually where the Game Masters or GMs for short wipe out all the characters before open beta starts. Which is by the way this coming October 28. For those interested, you can visit ghostx.gamengame.com/ check it out~!

What can I say? I'm a gamer! \m/

See you online if ever you're going to be~!!

Regular Weekends

What do you get when your weekends are all halfdays? You get 1 day for your weekend instead of two. Waking up past 12nn on both Saturday and Sunday was not really part of my plans this weekend.

Saturday was actually kind of fun. I went out with strong winds and a shower-like atmosphere and it was cool~! The time I got out of the shower, it was still quite bright and sunny but the moment I got out of the house, it was all dark and gloomy. And no it did not take me that long to change, nor getting ready to go on out. It's just that the weather was just so unpredictable. Tell this to those who are living in Luzon. Anyways, the whole evening turned out to be good as things did not go any worse.

Sunday, oh Sunday. Yet another whole morning spent sleeping. I really got tired last Saturday I guess. Nothing much accomplished at this day. Still thinking about my goals in life. Did some stuff just to let time pass by. It did not take long for time to do its job as time slipped pass as if I had fallen asleep. Now, I'm just waiting to get tired and fall asleep and get back to work the next day.

Monday~! Here I come!!

Saturday

Just this Saturday. (I hope)

I have to admit, this Saturday was a boring one. I had a hard time thinking what to do at Ayala just enough to make my trip back and forth worth it. Somehow, I kinda just pulled through. Had dinner there and the walk around the mall was kind of a good exercise. Sadly, no one that I know was there the whole time I was there. It's okay, I just bought a mouse for my brother's notebook and pizza for my parents. Then I finally decided to go home.

The trip home was sort of scary. Well, It began when I was falling in line for a cab home from Ayala. All my hands were full 'cause of all the things that i bought. The moment I was walking towards the cab, the one in charge of the taxi did not bother to help me at the least to open the cab door. Lousy service you got there. On the cab, the driver was yawning again and again, and again the whole trip back home. In my head I was saying, "Oh please don't cause any accidents." Sigh of relief got into me the moment I finally got home. The funny thing is, I only paid P107.00 since the meter displayed wrong digits and read 107.05 which was supposedly 107.50. I usually give P108 in cases where cents are involved but decided not to since the meter was weird and i guess it was rigged. So ends my boring Saturday.

But nothing beats eating pizza and drinking iced tea while sitting in your own room in front of a laptop and just let the time pass. Until next time.

Ciao~!

Two Days

The two days that follow Friday...

Cheers! It's Friday~!

Fridays have always been very good days for me since I started working. It's one of the days that I am really looking up to. It makes my problems go away for at least 2 days then back to work again. Well, minus Sunday where I practically just sleep the whole day due to lack of proper sleep during the rest of the week, my weekends are just as great as always. So that leaves only one day. Saturdays~!

Now this is just where the fun starts. Waking up nearly lunchtime plus the whole afternoon to use the computer. But wait! The day has just started. Usually my Saturdays begins at 4-6pm where I am already prepped up and ready to go and have some real fun. Going out with friends to wherever we usually have agreed upon. Then the events that will occur that very night flows right in place as if it was just something that was bound to happen from the very beginning.

Sudden Stop

Sudden stop on computer gaming.

For all of you out there, this is so not me writing blogs and all but decided to do so anyway. And i also don't have any idea why I'm doing so too. For once I get to do something new. For all I know I might get used to this. It ain't so bad after all.

So, what's the plan now? I have no idea. Uh uh, nothing. Just typing along as time passes by and as I think of something out of nowhere.

Oh yeah, news flash! I really don't understand myself getting bored with playing computer games all of a sudden. It's like realizing an idea in a split second and I ask myself, why am I playing this again? Most especially when it comes to massively multiplayer online role-playing game types. Some new game comes out with better graphics(a must!) than the one I'm currently playing and right then and there, I'm back at level 1. Simply amazing! I'm just tired of it.
